We specialize in launching new clubs, evaluating current club structures, and managing the day-to-day operation of client wine clubs.  This includes the high-level strategy behind developing a new club as well as planning the setup and launch of individual club releases. Our wine club customer service team can do the heavy lifting while also taking care of your members.

We are experts when it comes to shipping and the details required for setting up and managing a high-volume and efficient solution for our clients. We partner with industry-leading fulfillment houses with the most advanced technology for order management, customer communications, inventory management, and logistics support. We also provide guidance and support for clients who prefer to ship in-house. In 2024 our team oversaw the shipping of more than 10,000 packages!
